At PathFinder U, we stand behind the quality of our personalized college match reports. We want every student and family to feel confident in their purchase. If you're not satisfied with your premium report, we're here to help.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If your premium report doesn't meet your expectations — whether the recommendations feel off, the content isn't detailed enough, or you're simply not satisfied — contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.

This may include regenerating your report with adjusted parameters, providing additional guidance, or issuing a full refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your purchase, please reach out through our contact form with the following information:

  • Your name and the email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief description of why you're requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

What's Not Covered

Because our reports are personalized digital products generated specifically for each student, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Reports that have been fully downloaded and shared with multiple recipients
  • Disagreement with specific university recommendations (our matching is based on your quiz responses — you can retake the quiz for different results)

Bulk Orders (Counselors & Schools)

For bulk orders purchased through our counselor program, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused access codes can be refunded in full. Partially used bulk orders may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused codes. Please contact us through our form to discuss your specific situation.

Gift Reports

If you purchased a gift report and the recipient hasn't redeemed it yet, we can issue a full refund. Once the gift has been redeemed and the report generated, our standard 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies.
